Service Delivery
Services are provided according to the milestones and scope defined in the Agreement. RemoteLabeler.com uses professional judgment and commercially reasonable efforts in delivering services.
Timelines may depend on timely cooperation and accurate information provided by the client.
Proposals and Scope
Proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. If not accepted within that period, RemoteLabeler.com may revise or withdraw the proposal.
Fees and Costs
Unless explicitly included in the Agreement:
- Third-party costs are invoiced separately
- Approved expenses may be billed at cost
- The client is responsible for applicable taxes
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within five (5) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment schedules may follow milestone-based arrangements.
Changes to Scope
All change requests must be submitted in writing.
Minor changes that do not significantly affect cost or timing may be handled within the existing Agreement. Major changes that alter deliverables, pricing, or deadlines require a revised or supplemental agreement.
Proposals for scope changes should generally be accepted within fourteen (14) working days unless otherwise specified.
Delays
If delays occur due to client-side actions, such as late approvals or incomplete materials, timelines may be extended accordingly.
If delays occur on our side, we will communicate updated timelines promptly.
Events beyond reasonable control may extend deadlines without constituting a breach.
Evaluation and Acceptance
RemoteLabeler.com may conduct internal review before delivering work.
Clients are expected to review Deliverables within seven (7) working days. Reasonable revisions within scope will be addressed in a timely manner.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide lawful, accurate, and ready-to-use materials. They are responsible for ensuring they hold rights to any provided content.
Unless agreed otherwise, clients are responsible for proofreading and providing timely approvals.
Accreditation and Promotion
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RemoteLabeler.com may include a reasonable accreditation reference or factual acknowledgment of completed work. Such references will not disclose confidential information. Neither party shall unreasonably withhold consent to accurate, non-confidential references.
Confidential Information
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is publicly available.
Independent Contractor Relationship
RemoteLabeler.com operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, joint venture, or exclusivity arrangement unless expressly agreed in writing.
We may use subcontractors while remaining responsible for overall service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is.” RemoteLabeler.com’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services related to that claim.
Rights to Work Produced
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Final Deliverables as agreed.
Company Tools and underlying methodologies remain the property of RemoteLabeler.com unless transferred in writing.
Support Services
Ongoing support is provided only if agreed in writing and may be billed separately. Modifications by third parties may affect support obligations.
Updates to These Terms
RemoteLabeler.com may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version published on the website at the time of use applies. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
